Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
